Early Childhood Education Center Director
Our client has been New Jersey’s premiere destination for infant through kindergarten care since 2010. Our six Northern New Jersey centers combine an all-organic meal program with a progressive curriculum of Mandarin, music, movement, and science so children thrive and families trust us completely. As Center Director you will own the daily excellence of one location, turning that trust into full enrollment, delighted parents, and a high-performing teaching team.
Performance Objectives
- Fill the center to 95% licensed capacity within six months while holding a wait-list of qualified families.
- Deliver 4.8+ average parent-satisfaction scores each quarter through daily communication, transparent programming, and rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain 100% compliance with NJ DCF licensing, health, and safety standards with zero citations during annual inspections.
- Cut annual teacher turnover below 25% by coaching, scheduling flexibility, and a culture of professional growth.
- Raise center net operating income 12% year-over-year through enrollment mix, ancillary programs, and expense discipline.
- Launch two new curriculum enrichments (STEM lab or Mandarin immersion extension) that 80% of families rate as “highly valuable.”
